Christmas Cards and Superheroes
I finally mailed my Christmas cards this morning. Thank you
somehowunbroken and
outoftime for the cards.
I kept getting distracted by my new fandom. I watched Avengers 3 times last week. Also watched Iron Man and Captain America. I guess I'm a little late, but better late than never, huh? I've seen all the movies a few times before, but for some reason, I've fallen deep. I've been reading tons of fic over the last week or so.
Speaking of fic, I'd love some recs. I'm mostly looking for h/c. I seem to have a thing for hurt Tony and hurt Clint. I haven't really delved much into the comics side of things yet, but I'm picking up on some things here and there. Mostly been sticking to the movieverse stuff.
HELP!!! :)

Christmas Wishlist repost
Reposting this as it's December now, and it says to in Step 3. It's not quite 2 weeks till, but whatever.
Step One
♥ Make an LJ post. It can be public or friends only, whatever you’re most comfortable with. The post should contain your list of ten holiday wishes, and these wishes can be anything - from simple (a fan fiction written about your favorite pairing), to medium (a DVD you want), to really extravagant (a brand new laptop or car). Just make sure these are wishes for things you really truly want.
Step Two
♥ Skim through your friends list and see who has posted their own wish lists. Then - and this is the most important part - if you find a wish you can grant, and it’s in your heart to do so, make sure that person’s wish comes true. Sometimes a person’s trash is another person’s treasure. If you have a leather jacket you don’t want or a gift certificate you’re never going to use, give it to someone who wants it.
Step Three
♥ Post this wish list any time after November 1st. Then repost it two weeks before Christmas.
♥ You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday fairy - to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not, it's your call.
♥ There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

Christmas Wishlist Meme
This pops up on my f-list every year, and I try to participate each time. I love this idea, and I think it's fun.
Step One
Make a post (public, friends-locked, filtered...whatever you’re comfortable with) to your LJ. The post should contain your list of 10 Holiday Wishes.
The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fun to medium to really big to fandom things. The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want. If you wish for real possible things, just make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it’s your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you.
Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your LJ, or link to this post so that the holiday joy will spread.
Step Two
Surf around your friends list (or friends of friends, or just random journals) to see who has posted their list. Here’s the important part:
If you see a wish you can grant, and it’s in your heart to do so, make someone’s wish come true. Once a wish has been granted, it will be crossed off the list. You needn’t spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn’t to put people out, it’s to provide everyone a chance to be someone else’s holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it’s your call.
